A. Free Shipping

B. Standard Ground
* Applies to orders with a total cost of less than $40.00.
* Delivery address is within the lower 48 states of the U.S.

C. Expedited 2 - 3 Business Day Delivery
* Applies to orders with a total cost of less than $40.00.

D. Expedited Next Business Day Delivery
* Applies to orders with a total cost of less than $40.00.

E. Delivery to Alaska
* Follows the delivery rates for Standard and Expedited Shipping, plus an additional 15% of your total merchandise cost.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING PROTOCOLS
All paid delivery methods are subject to additional tax based on merchandise cost for delivery address to Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Oklahoma; or additional tax based on subtotal cost (merchandise cost + shipping cost) for delivery to the rest of the states other than the 5 mentioned.
For Expedited delivery, as well as delivery to Alaska and Hawaii, orders should not contain products designated by the Federal Transportation Law as having hazardous ingredients such as perfumes, nail enamels, and some bath and body products.

RETURN POLICY
With customer satisfaction as their primary priority, Avon happily accommodates refund requests from customers who are dissatisfied with their products in any way. Avon’s return policies are as follows:
* A full refund will be credited within 90 days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
* The return procedure can be found on the back of the packing slip that came with the merchandise.
